Clean and gentle environment especially for people like me who is afraid of going there I just hope the person that work on Wednesday is as gentle as the dentist and her second that was there when I visited so please go make your appointment ASAP and thank you so much Dr bello you are the first dentist the makes me feel comfortable . Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. The doctor and assistants were never intimidating or insulting or degrading, which can happen often when you go to a new office and don’t have the best teeth. I’m very happy to have found them.

I’ve been with Dr. Bello for over five years. I started in Dana Beach and now moved over to Aventura location since it’s closer to my home. With a myriad of dentist, that search for your business, I have never thought of leaving. I will never leave this dentist!! Why? Well to start I find that Dr Bello herself has impeccable bedside manners. Also, When you meet her, you get a sense that she really is involved in every single facet of her practice. Both offices are always clean and up to par with efficiency, communication and general follow through. Her staff, whether they’ve been there for one month or five years, are consistently delightful, helpful, and genuinely in a good mood. You can tell that this business is run well from the top to the bottom.

I am so happy to find a warm place with incredible professionals passionate about their job. Dr. Bello is super kind as well all the staff in the clinic is always friendly and customer service is amazing. Installations are modern and perfectly clean at all times. It is a complete gem to find a dentistry place with such outstanding quality.

Excellent, I never had visited a dentist office so professional and friendly, the girls on the front office are very attentive and welcoming, dr Rodríguez is very informative and friendly, and Anthony was Super super friendly and professional, thank you for the excellent experience!!!

Excellent service. Staff is accommodating and professional. Made sure all my concerns were addressed. The facility is state of the art. My doctor did an excellent exam and explained all aspect of my care. My cleaning was gentle and now I Can show a beautiful smile. Highly recommend this office.

Love Dr. Bello and her staff! Everyone is so friendly and the office is immaculate. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Bello and her staff are so patient and caring they make going to my appointment less dreadful!

A clean, modern, state of the art facility with a lovely, welcoming staff and thorough, excellent doctor. They were able to accommodate my emergency appointment and provide seamless service. The receptionist, dental assistant and hygienist were professional and personable. It was a painless experience which I extremely appreciate.

The staff was not present during office hours, did not answer calls (nor the emergency line), and lost my appointment. Staff blamed their systems being down but even recommended I use a different dental office. If the staff recommends it to me, surely they understand why I would leave this review EDIT: Due to the below response, I am forced to make an update. Not only was there no sign on the door at the time to go to suite 105, but the call back you claimed was not at 3pm, it was later when I was already 12 miles from your office. Dr. Bello was extremely professional and personable during my first visit. I'm a new patient. She took me 15 minutes early and was thorough in my cleaning. The equipment is brand new and high tech. I was also surprised at the amount of services she offers in the boutique dental office.

The most disgusting experience that I can only have from visiting this office. Firstly, we ordered a dental cleaning, which is required by our insurance twice a year, we came at the appointed time at 2 pm for the first 2 hours, they didn't pay attention to us, and after that they forced us to take an x-ray and the doctor, using the fact that she allegedly knows better for us we need to do something else although we came to clean the teeth we did not come to insert fillings we did not come to drill the teeth we came to clean the teeth so even if suddenly we need to do something if suddenly the doctor found something please let's discuss it but first she has to do the teeth cleaning that we booked and we are supposed to be under insurance in short the doctor is a liar she does everything to make us pay for something instead of just doing her job well!The most disgusting experience that I can only have from visiting this office.
